In recent years car manufacturers have added an increasing number of seat features to increase driving comfort. Happily, these items are now available to update cars that did not come initially with such factory amenities.

Seat Heaters. Seat heaters are available for a large number of seat configurations in late model cars and provide either two or three levels of heat. They are designed to keep you warm whether you are sitting on leather, cloth, or vinyl.

A seat heater kit consists of a seat heater pad for the backrest and cushion, switches, a control unit, and a wiring harness. The heater pads are installed underneath the seat's upholstery covers. Where the heater switches are installed depends on the interior configuration of the car.

Seat heaters warm the core of your body in a way that cannot be duplicated by your car's heater system. They are especially effective for people who are susceptible to cold and have trouble getting warm. They are a fantastic gift idea!

Seat Ventilation. These systems are designed to promote airflow between the body and the seat. The reduced heat build-up and moisture removed between the body and the seating surface can significantly increase comfort and hence driving comfort. Seat ventilation systems can be installed in most cars.

The heart of the ventilation system is four blower fans installed beneath the upholstery. The blowers we use are the same fans used by Mercedes and BMW in their very high-end cars that offer ventilation systems as an option. The fans combined with two layers of special padding and perforated seat material creates a uniform flow around the seat occupant.

A seat ventilation system can be combined with seat heaters to give you all weather comfort!

Massage Units. The newest thing in seat comfort systems are massage units. Massage units in your seat will help relieve muscle tension and increase alertness while you drive. We can install either two or four units in your seat that will make those aches and pains disappear. Better yet, the massage unit can be combined with heat to create the best of all worlds!
