The "Diamond Certified" Award objectively verifies excellence in service companies. In order to earn the award, a company must pass a rigorous certification process that evaluates quality, credentials, and business practices. In order to keep the award, a company must pass a re-rating survey of randomly selected customers performed each quarter.
