The Council of Better Business Bureaus (BBB) is a nationwide organization that promotes high ethical standards in business. Organized into numerous local chapters, the BBB is primarily supported by dues from member businesses. These businesses believe in the motto that "Good Ethics is Good Business".

Besides spotlighting businesses that operate with high ethical standards, the BBB is a valuable consumer resource for consumers. The BBB offers consumer tips, charity donation advice, a consumer newsletter, and dispute resolution services.
